First joint PaP Offer for TT 2027 – Framework for Capacity Allocation published

The Executive Board of RFC North Sea – Rhine – Mediterranean has signed and published the Framework for Capacity Allocation (FCA) for TT2027 onwards for the Rail Freight Corridor. The FCA sets the legal basis for the first publication ofthe offer of Pre-Arranged Paths (PaPs) on the new RFC.

The PaPs for TT2027 will be published on the 12th of January 2026 by the C-OSS Managers of RFC North Sea – Rhine – Mediterranean.
