Publication of ERTMS Deployment Plan
In addition to the publication of the implementation plan yesterday, the Executive Board and Management Board of RFC North Sea – Rhine – Mediterranean decided to elaborate on a joint ERTMS Deployment Overview for the new Corridor.
These documents contain information on the ETCS roll-out, as well as the current and future situation at borders.
Besides easy-to-read graphical overviews on ETCS deployment, the documents also include a system version management and on-board compatability analysis.
In November, the RFC will host an ERTMS Information Day in Frankfurt to elaborate on the planning presented in the documents. Further information regarding this event will follow soon.
